Confucius Classroom Info and Application

In cooperation with the Office of Chinese Language Council International (Hanban), the Confucius Institute in Atlanta (http://confucius.emory.edu/) invites K-12 schools in Georgia to consider offering Chinese programs in their schools through the Confucius Classroom project.

The sponsorship for a Confucius Classroom from Hanban includes a startup fund of $10,000, book donations, Chinese culture display equipment, and certified teachers from China.

A complete application package includes the following materials:

• Application doc
• Project Description (Goals, plan for execution and evaluation, project personnel, etc.)
• Project Budget
• W-9 Form

Please send the completed application package to the Confucius Institute in Atlanta.
