CHINESE EXPRESS I (Offered through Evening @ Emory)

The goal of "Chinese Express I" is to give you a jump-start into learning Mandarin Chinese rapidly and effectively. This course starts with teaching pronunciation and the writing of characters, then progresses to survival topics in Chinese society. Subjects include greetings, making an appointment, visiting friends, shopping, etc. Speaking, listening, reading and writing skills will all be taught with an emphasis on communication. Tuition includes the textbook. Limited to 20.

Attention teachers: Chinese Express I, as all courses offered by the Confucius Institute through Evening at Emory, is selected to fulfill Continuing Education Units.
